The Museum of Food and Drink (Brooklyn, NY) was the first opportunity in my career. I started working there as a volunteer and within the time I became the Sous Chef. With two years spent then I had the opportunity to work in many projects, like their Spring Anual Galas, where I had contact with great chefs like Alex Stupak, Ghaya Oliveira, David Chang, Rodney Scott, JJ Johnson, Kwame Onwuachi, Adrienne Cheatham and many others.
With MOFAD I attended and demonstrated the secrets and fundamentals of Chinese sauces at the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) 2018, and also when we repurposed an old fruit press to press duck for the on Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) Duck Off.
